The hemp is then tested by the CDA before harvesting to ensure the level of THC is below the legal limit of 0.3%.
Processing Hemp
Grateful for Hemp has developed a gentle, low pressure proprietary ethanol extraction process that recovers the full spectrum cannabinoid profile from industrial hemp leaves, buds, and flowers. Carrier oils from organic coconuts, hemp seeds, and grape seeds from organic sources are used to create Grateful for Hemp products.
Harvesting Hemp
Freshly harvested hemp is cured indoors for at least one week prior to being processed into two portions: the stalks and the leaves, buds, and flowers. the cannabinoids from the leaves, buds, and flowers are carefully extracted for Grateful for Hemp products.
